we, Pinnacle Systems (1203 Bond St. Herndon, VA, USA)  permit distribution
of this program.

agreements between Pinnacle Systems and its licensees.

No rights other than those described below are granted or implied and
Pinnacle Systems reserves the right to revoke or change these rights without
